1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Delivery Timeframe
We offer delivery across major cities and regions in Pakistan. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Within major cities: 2–4 business days
- Outside major cities or remote areas: 4–7 business days
Please note that these are estimated times and may vary based on courier service delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.
3. Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping: A flat rate may apply depending on your location and order value (displayed at checkout).
- Free shipping: Available on orders above a certain amount (if applicable – refer to website promotions).
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We currently support Cash on Delivery for all orders. Payment is collected at the time of delivery by our courier partner.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS notification with your tracking number and a link to monitor the delivery status.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to two times. If both attempts fail and the customer is unreachable, the order may be returned to us.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos and your order details. We will assist you with a replacement or resolution.
